Q: When will I receive my physical purchase?
A: You should receive your physical purchase within 3-7 business days within the United States. For Canada and Worldwide orders please add an additional 4-10 business days.
If you’d like to return your product, you may do so within 90 days from the date of purchase.
NOTE: We do not cover shipping and handling for returns. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process and we are not responsible for lost cards, closed accounts, or any other issues you may have that impact the way your refund processes.
